This script allows you to change your vehicle license plates with another car, it will change the plates and sync with your player data in the database & ps-mdt (if you use it) etc. If you use ps-dispatch then it will also have a chance to alert the police of you tampering with a vehicle. I have set it so that by default anyone can change a plate, but you can make it so that (mechanic) is the only one who can do so legitimately without alerting the police. The normal player has a high chance of failure whilst the job holder (mechanic) will have a lesser chance.
All of the script parameters can be configured in the config as shown below:
- Use job only to change plates.
- Use a job type only to change plates.
- Failure chance for both the normal player and mechanic (default job type).
- Chance to gain stress based on failure and/or upon completing the change of plate.
- Required item(s) to change the plate.
- Delete item on use.
- Dispatch chance (ps-dispatch required).
- Enable/Disable ps-dispatch.
- Cooldown time.
Note: all of my scripts come with debug and version checks, they are also fully configurable via the config.
